"After 40 years experience in the property industry, I take seriously the responsibility for taking over the UK Chapter Presidency in the present economic climate. With market conditions as they are, this is the time when organisations such as FIABCI and its networking, is a benefit to its members and gives them an edge over their competitors. My intention is to devote the first year of office to get to grips with the administration, work with Paris, and with the support of the Board Members, update our computer system, keep all members informed of events worldwide and finally expand our membership to make the UK Chapter a voice to be reckoned with worldwide."
